DRS SERIES

DRS Ø100 – Ø630 – damper for manual commissioning. Installation of actuator 100–315 type CM is possible. DRS-M Ø400 – Ø 630 is a commissioning valve with actuator. DRS and DRS-M comply with the requirements of EN 1751 for air permeability classes 0 and C. DRS-T Ø100 – Ø 630 is a damper with manual operation and closing. DRS-T-M DRS-T-M Ø100 – Ø 630 is an actuator-controlled shut-off valve. DRS-T and DRS-T-M comply with the requirements of EN 1751 for air permeability classes 4 and C. The operating temperature of the valve is max. 100°C.

Design

DRS and DRS-T are supplied with a graduated scale and a lockable commissioning solution. DRS-M and DRS-T-M are equipped with an actuator bracket and the dampers are available with an actuator installed. On DRS Ø100 – Ø315 (Fig. 1) subsequent installation of Belimo CM drives is provided. A drive can be installed on the DRS 400–630 and DRS-T 100–630. You need to use the EMK retrofit kit. EMK-F is used together with LF and SF drives. Materials and coating

DRS Ø100 – Ø315 has a body, bracket and scale made of galvanized steel, while the damper, support and commissioning solution are made of plastic. DRS Ø400 – Ø630 has a body, damper, shaft, bracket and scale made of galvanized steel. The support and gasket are made of plastic. DRS-M Ø400 – Ø630 has a body, damper, shaft and drive bracket made of galvanized steel, and the support is made of plastic. The DRS-T has a galvanized steel body, damper, bracket and scale. The damper blade is equipped with a rubber gasket, and the supports are made of plastic. DRS-T-M has a body, damper, bracket and shaft made of galvanized steel. The damper blade is equipped with a rubber gasket, and the supports are made of plastic. All types of dampers are equipped with an EPDM rubber gasket.
