Rectangular single-leaf service doors that are highly reliable and provide high tightness even with large pressure drops
Maximum width 800 mm, maximum height 800 mm
Maximum loading pressure 2000 Pa in the closing direction of the valve
Leakage approximately 1.1 l/s or 4 m³/h at a pressure difference of 2000 Pa
Door leaf with double walls made of galvanized sheet steel, between which there is mineral wool
Door frame made of corner sections
Locking device with two levers that can be operated from both sides
APT rubber seal, temperature resistant up to 90 °C
Available in standard and custom sizes
Application
Sealed service doors of the BS series are used as dividing elements installed in technical and storage rooms, air handling units, filter chambers and cabinets for mechanical or electrical equipment
Robust design that maintains a high degree of tightness even at high pressure differences
Powder coated versions providing high corrosion resistance
Maximum pressure on the opening side of the valve: 2000 Pa
Characteristics
U-value: 1.02 W/(m²K) at 8 W/(m²K) inside the building (air still) and 25 W/(m²K) outside the building (air moving)
Door frame without mounting lugs (-21), but with flanged holes (optional)
Optional equipment
Cylinder rim lock, mortise lock, inspection window and removable external locking lever
