The air tightness of the housing complies with the requirements of EN 1751, class C
Streamlined parallel or counter-rotating doors
Versions made of steel and stainless steel: the valves are connected to each other by external rods (for valves with parallel and counter-rotating valves)
Made of aluminum: the flaps are connected to each other by gears (for valves with counter-rotating flaps)
Installation with horizontal or vertical sashes
Available in standard and custom sizes
Can be used in combination with external louvres
Application
JZ series air valves are used to regulate air flow and pressure in ventilation and air conditioning systems
For covering air ducts and ventilation openings in walls and ceilings
Parallel rotation flaps are used primarily for opening/closing valves
Due to their design features, counter-rotating flaps are used primarily to regulate air flow and pressure
Powder coated stainless steel versions for high corrosion resistance
Temperature resistance up to 100 °C; For operation at temperatures above 100 °C, valves are supplied with bearings made of brass or stainless steel (for steel and stainless steel versions)
Steel and stainless steel versions with brass or stainless steel bearings are suitable for use in explosive atmospheres (ATEX)
Optional equipment
Drives: two-position drives, modulating drives
Explosion-proof version with pneumatic or spring return actuator (except JZ-AL)
